## Funding Programs in Schleswig-Holstein The Economic Development and Technology Transfer GmbH (WTSH) offers two funding models for digitalization projects specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in Schleswig-Holstein. ### Funding for Operational Innovations The first model, funding for operational innovations under Module 1 of the BIF Guidelines, supports companies in implementing process and organizational innovations. This includes new methods for business processes, workflows, or customer relationships, as well as new or significantly improved production or service methods. Practical examples include the introduction of a PIM system for the centralized management of product data, a product configurator, or a booking system. Requirements for this funding include a minimum investment of 60,000 euros and a funding rate of up to 40% of costs for SMEs. Additionally, the measure must contribute to climate protection, for example through resource conservation. It consists of the Consulting and Implementation modules. The Consulting module supports projects that analyze operational workflows and processes for digitization potential. The goal is to develop solutions that strengthen IT security, optimize digital business processes, or advance the digitalization of products and procedures.
